The CITF levy is payable by the project owner on building and construction work, where the project value is over $40,000 (including GST).
Step 1: Lodge a Levy Application Form
Before you start, make sure you have the information below:
- Project owner details
- Estimated value of building and construction project (inc. GST)
- Estimated start and completion date
Step 2: Pay the Levy
Payment can be made online by Credit Card once your levy application form has been submitted or within 14 days of the Levy Notice being issued (via BPAY, Bank Transfer or Credit Card).
